According to a recently released Linkedin report which analyzed millions of member profiles and descriptions of job postings shared on the platform between 2021 and 2023, we have seen that more companies are eliminating degree requirements for certain jobs and rather placing more priorities on skills that are now creating new opportunities for people who don't have university or college degrees to secure competitive and high-paying jobs.
