The Access Bank Entry-Level program happens every year and this time, applications are open for the year 2024. The purpose of the program is to bring together young, purpose-driven, and confident graduates who see themselves doing exploits in the banking sector in years to come. 

For this program, there is no need to bother if you have or do not have any prior experience because Access Bank is looking to train you alongside other like-minded people intensively for a certain period and ensure that you can put all that you've been taught to use after the training program.

Who can Register for the 2024 Access Bank Entry-Level Training Program?

ELTP (Entry Level Training Program) Grad

• Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.

• Candidates must not be older than 26 years as at the date of application.

• Candidates with MSc, and LLB must not be older than 28 years as of the date of application.

• Candidates must have a minimum of second-class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.

• Candidates must have completed NYSC.

 ELTP RETAIL

• Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.

• Candidates must not be older than 26 years as of the date of application.

• Candidates with MSc, LLB must not be older than 28 years as at the date of application.

• Candidates must have a minimum of second-class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.

• Candidates must have completed NYSC

ELTP - TECH 

• Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Economics courses.

• Candidates must not be older than 26 years as of the date of application.

• Candidates with MSc, and LLB must not be older than 28 years as of the date of application.

• Candidates must have a minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.

• Candidates must have completed NYSC.
