The central bank of Nigeria has a salary structure it strictly adheres to. For graduate trainees, the salary is usually within the range of NGN 60,000 to NGN 100,000 monthly. Coupled with the salary, they receive an allowance upon completion of training as a freshly hired worker. 

Depending on the department/unit, entry-level staff of the CBN earn a monthly salary of about NGN 122,000 which increases as the years spent with the organization increases. While loan officers are paid a monthly salary of NGN 573,000 monthly, credit analysts at CBN earn about NGN 673,000 monthly. When an employee is promoted to the position of branch manager or a higher role, such a person begins to earn about NGN 700,000 monthly.
