Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling the company's bank account and resolving accounts to the general ledger
  • Managing and handling accounts payable and receivable, and processing refunds
  • Creating and processing invoices, and cross-checking them with payments and expenses
  • Tracking the organization's expenses, and maintaining records of business costs
  • Communicating with clients about billing and payments, and contacting them about past due invoices
  • Preparing financial statements and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Attention to details
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Ability to work in a team.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
