Job Title: Accountant

Job Description
- We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented accountant to join our team.
- The accountant will be responsible for managing the store’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Monitor and record daily financial transactions, ensuring they align with company policies
- Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and financial records
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely disbursements to employees
Qualifications
- BSc. / HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role
- Professional qualification is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
