Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
  • Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Assist with data entry, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Female preferred for this position
