We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect & Visualizer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural visualization.
- Provide innovative solutions to design challenges while adhering to project budgets and specifications.
Other Criteria
- B.Arch / M.Arch with 2 - 4 years experience.
- Post-NYSC certification required.
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3d Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Note: This role requires an experienced professional with demonstrated competence in architectural design and visualization.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
