Job Description

Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating Team members.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers in order to improve customer retention rate.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related course of study.
5-7 years experience in the same role
Adequate selling and negotiation skill
Interested applicants sould reside within Lagos and Ogun Sate.
