Job Summary

  • The Area Sales Manager in a bank is responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic area, with the goal of increasing sales and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Establishing sales goals and quotas for the area
  • Leading, motivating, and training sales executives
  • Fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Reviewing sales data and creating reports for senior management
  • Using business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expanding the company's market presence
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of products and services by coordinating with other teams
  • Traveling regionally to meet with sales teams and other sales managers
  • Interviewing and training new sales employees

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ASM in a commercial or investment bank.
  • Must possess a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

Salary
