Job Title: Assistant IT Manager

Job Summary

As our Assistant IT Manager for will support the IT Manager in maintaining and optimizing IT systems, including POS, networks, and software.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing updates and security, and assisting with IT projects to ensure efficient operations across all outlets.

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (POS systems, networks, servers).
Administer company software, databases, and IT systems, ensuring data integrity and performing backups.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to maintain security protocols.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all QSR locations.

Requirements

Expertise in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system administration.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, POS systems, and network devices.
A minimum of 4 - 5 years in IT support or network administration, ideally in QSR or retail.
Familiar with cloud services and IT automation tools.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
