Job Brief
- We are looking to hire a responsible Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and assist the Business Manager from time to time or as may be directed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payment)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Ensuring product quality and availability
- Organizing employee schedule
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Delegating tasks to employees
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
- Research emerging products and use information to update the store.
- Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- BSc. /HND in Business Management or any related field.
- Proven experience as Assistant Manager or similar position.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with customer service principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
