Job Description
- Responsible for formulating and aligning with Group the execution of strategic agenda for Investment Advisory with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for Investment Services. Role entails taking ownership and providing leadership towards delivery of:
- Investment Service Profit & Loss Ambition
- Provision of Investment Advice to Clients and Relationship Managers to meet the client’s desired investment objectives and increase bank’s “share of client wallet”
- The Senior Investment Investment Advisory (IA) plays a key role in liaising with the product managers within the Product development team on an ad-hoc basis to discuss client requirements as well as on a more frequent basis to ensure flow of product knowledge.
- Drive customer experience through quality advice strategy, products offer, Relationship Managers’ relationship.
- Provide independent opinion on quality of client’s existing portfolio.
- Determine client’s risk appetite, investment preference and return expectations by partnering with Relationship Managers in client meetings
- Provision of relevant solutions given client needs/ objective
