Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare balance sheets and audit statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare all financial documents, ensuring they are complete and compliant with regulations.
- Maintain a systematic check of the company’s financial transactions and pending items to improve organizational efficiency.
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
- Monitor processes and financial regulations, ensuring compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an auditor or in a similar financial auditing role.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of federal financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with internal audits and financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
