Owens and Xley is a Small Business Advisory and Consulting Company in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services include of Small Business Startup and Set up, Business Plan preparation, Business Process Design and Business Strategy Formulation.
We know the role good planning plays in any business and its associated costs; and the initial capital challenges faced by a small business which is why we have developed solutions which ensure that small business owners have access to technical skills but at a fraction of the cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve beverages to customers, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle tips.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Develop knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
Goal:
- To provide exceptional service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience .
- Basic knowledge of drinks and mixology.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience.
- Friendly, approachable, and attentive demeanor.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
