Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company’svision and values.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual and written content.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products andservices.
  • Write Press Release, Sales Letters, Executive Speeches, Corporate Newsletters
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning,and customer preferences.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of sales collateral, brochures, and other promotionalmaterials.
  • Drive social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation,posting, and engagement.
  • Build relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities.
  • Lead partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders toboost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to media coverage related to the company’s offerings.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to alignmarketing objectives with business goals.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members to foster professional growth.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, including ad agencies,photographers, and PR firms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, marketing, and media management, preferably in the e-mobility or tech industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
