Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive - Below the Line (BTL)

Position Overview
- We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Executive to join our team and help elevate our Below the Line (BTL) campaigns.
- The BTL Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that engage consumers directly and drive brand loyalty.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to design and implement impactful BTL strategies, including promotions, events, and direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, in-store activations, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
