Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for recruitment services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective business strategies
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Present our recruitment solutions to clients and tailor them to their specific needs.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent needs and providing solutions.
  • Continuously engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 Years cognate experience with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms for marketing
  • Proven ability to develop and Implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity.
