Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Fintech industry.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for financial technology, and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Preference will be given to female candidates to promote gender balance in our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to clients that align with their financial technology needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business agreements.
- Attend industry events and represent the company in networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech solutions, digital payment systems, or financial software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
