Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
- Develop business plans and presentations to pitch to potential clients or partners.
- Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client negotiations and partnership discussions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and innovations.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales
- Experience in the relevant industry or market is often preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
