- Identify and prospect potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects to business
- Develop, present, and discuss proposals with customers
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.
- Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of E-mobility products or services to customers.
- Provide support in E-mobility unit, design and lead the development of project scopes, bills of materials, and other supporting materials to ensure successful proposal submissions that lead to quality projects.
- Identify key stakeholders and networks relevant to priority pipeline opportunities for effective prepositioning
- Effectively communicate the organization’s value propositions, cultivate, and manage customer/partner relationships, and provide opportunities for cooperation, networking, and alliance building.
- Ensure business development documentation and material are up to date and ready for sharing with potential customers and stakeholders, etc
Requirements
- Qualifications required are A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or B.Eng. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Business Development
- Able to lead the customer journey from initial prospect identification to signing.
- Ability to work with financial models and create detailed customer proposals
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a benchmark
- Ability to make presentations for existing and prospective customers
- Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholder relationships, etc.
