Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain strong connections with existing clients.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with lawyers to develop and market niche practice areas.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, branding, and event planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, administration, or similar role within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of operations and the legal industry.
- Proven track record of implementing growth strategies and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relationship-building and networking ability.
- Financial and budget management expertise.

Location: VI, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Gross
