Job Summary

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow assets under management (AUM), and increase market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships.
  • Pitch asset management services to prospects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to develop new products.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies.
  • Manage existing client relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare business development reports.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years business development experience in Asset management or a related industry.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Social Sciences or another closely related field
  • Knowledge Capital Market products (is an added advantage)
  • Experience with SEC regulations and Nigerian laws (an added advantage).
  • Strong business development and marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends.
  • Strong networking skills.
