Job Summary
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow assets under management (AUM), and increase market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships.
- Pitch asset management services to prospects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop new products.
- Conduct market feasibility studies.
- Manage existing client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare business development reports.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years business development experience in Asset management or a related industry.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Social Sciences or another closely related field
- Knowledge Capital Market products (is an added advantage)
- Experience with SEC regulations and Nigerian laws (an added advantage).
- Strong business development and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
