Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development and Sales Executive to drive growth and strategic expansion efforts in our organization.
  • This role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of sales dynamics and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Close Sales and Meet Target
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to close deals.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials to support business pitches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
