Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Management: Oversee and optimize business operations related to enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed the overall sales target of 1 billion Naira annually, ensuring monthly targets of 83 million Naira are consistently achieved.
• Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring sales targets of #500,000 to (#1,000,000) One million Naira per day are met through effective inventory management, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
• Enterprise Focus: Manage and optimize enterprise operations, ensuring a monthly sales target of 53 million Naira is achieved through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
• Store Management: Manage day-to-day operations of our retail locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Vendor Distribution: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless distribution processes and inventory management.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement strategies for business expansion, including market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational effectiveness.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tech, sales, and product development teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within the technology sector. • Strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and retail operations. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
