Center Manager


Job Description

  • We are seeking a Center Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our center, including academic programs, student services, and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the center, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and services, ensuring high-quality delivery and student satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise center staff, including faculty, administrators, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and success.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including community partners and industry leaders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in educational management or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive innovation and improvement.
