Key Responsibilities

Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure physical security across all locations.
Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to prevent unauthorized activities.
Manage the selection, training, and performance of in-house or third-party security teams.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate and lead emergency response planning and crisis management efforts.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety and security regulations.
Monitor and evaluate security technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
Prepare and manage the security department budget effectively.

Qualifications

Bsc/HND
5+ years of proven experience in physical security leadership, especially in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response planning, and risk management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
