Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure physical security across all locations.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Manage the selection, training, and performance of in-house or third-party security teams.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and lead emergency response planning and crisis management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety and security regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate security technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
- Prepare and manage the security department budget effectively.
Qualifications
- Bsc/HND
- 5+ years of proven experience in physical security leadership, especially in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response planning, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.
