- Develop and applies modern engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex engineering problems.
- Will provide technical guidance/training over a group and supervise engineering staff on projects of low to medium complexity
- Will be responsible for developing, validating, and presenting specialist/technical output.
- Assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
- Provide expert consultation on solar PV plant components such as modules, inverters, meteorological stations, and trackers.
- Supervision of solar PV design optimization for cost reduction and performance improvement, including for engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.
- Partner with senior level internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design results.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records approach and details, etc.
Requirements
- B.Eng. (Hons.) Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Professional certification in this field will be an added advantage
- Not less than 7-10 years working experience
- Awareness of the latest Solar market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Must Possess Project Management Skill
- Effective Team lead and Managerial Skill
- Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully, etc.
