About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests and staff.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all areas of the club, including restrooms, bars, dance floors, VIP sections, and common areas.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, dispose of waste appropriately, and replace liners as needed.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
• Restroom Hygiene: Restock restroom supplies and ensure the facilities are clean and presentable at all times.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain cleaning tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Event Preparation: Assist in setting up and cleaning up before and after events or performances.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to handle long hours and heavy-duty cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
