Position Summary
- The Principal provides overall leadership and direction for the academic and administrative operations of the school. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and strategic plans.
- Oversee all academic and administrative operations, including curriculum development, teaching and learning, student discipline, and staff development.
- Manage the school budget, resources, and personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.
- Represent the school at various events and functions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and success.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- 3+ years proven experience as a school principal or in a senior leadership role in education.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
