Job Description

  • A Communications Executive at Conversation Media Limited uses content and copies to help boost an organization’s brand both internally and externally.
  • Their mainduties include writing and editing content for various clients’ promotional materials, handling media relations, and developing strategies to help boost the clients’ brands’ image and perception in the market space.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications Executive Job description includes internal and external communications functions and responsibilities which are:

  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure any media execution or content writing requests are fulfilled without errors or misinformation
  • Developing an overall communications strategy which could include events, social media, website content, press conferences, or emails for clients
  • Creating timely and engaging content that is optimized for whatever platform it will be published on
  • Managing, planning, and coordinating media events and activities for clients
  • Writing and developing media materials which can include press releases, media advisories, public service announcements, and blog posts
  • Monitoring the brand reputation and discussions relating to the organization in media spaces while being able to respond to audiences on time
  • Monitoring and analyzing any benchmarks or metrics regarding brand reputation and being able to make recommendations for improvement
  • Content writing or media strategy
  • Managing social media content for clients
  • Responsible for writing speeches and helping to prepare media talking points for key Clients and executives
  • Developing ideas for advertising and sales, television and radio production including print design and production.
