Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all contracts of the company to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Responsible for providing contractual and commercial support during the reparation and execution of projects.
  • Ensuring proper and timely submission of contract deliverables in relation to the main contract and subcontracts.
  • Reviewing documents in relation to specific contract/ project(s), such as joint venture or consortium agreements, main contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Provides support to the Project Team in the management of project costs, risks, and mitigation in line with the company risk process.
  • Provides detailed cost estimates for tender submission and response to requests for quotations.
  • Establish and enforce standard change measurement procedures to ensure the accuracy of capturing change and quantification of the work scope.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CFCM, CPCM) is an advantage.
