Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate commercial cooking equipment, including stoves, ovens, and dishwashers
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient service and high-quality dishes
  • Develop new recipes and ideas to keep menu offerings fresh and exciting
  • Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and disposal.


Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • Proven experience as a cook
  • SSCE certificate required
