  • Developing and executing engaging content strategies for various platforms including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
  • Creating high-quality written, visual, and video content that resonates with our client's audience and enhances their brand presence.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Providing day-to-day support to our client with confirming the day’s priorities, clarifying assignments, and resolving open issues.
  • Working closely with our client to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Maintaining our client's calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling high-level meetings, events, and other special projects.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to our client, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Representing our client in a positive light and taking decisions on their behalf and in their absence.
  • Handling confidential information and delicate situations with tact and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements and managing travel itinerary on our client's behalf.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
