Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive growth and secure high-ticket clients through online and offline strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition techniques, digital marketing, and grassroots engagement methods to attract car owners to use our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Strategies

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive traffic to our website and service pages.
  • SEO/Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, videos, and social media content to increase visibility and attract high-ticket clients.
  • Email Campaigns: Build and nurture email lists to convert leads into customers.
  • Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM software to track campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Offline Strategies

  • Event Marketing: Organize and participate in local events, car shows, and community gatherings to create awareness and engage with potential clients.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with car dealerships, corporate organizations, and fleet managers to secure long-term service contracts.
  • Referral Programs: Design and implement referral campaigns targeting existing customers and local influencers.

General Responsibilities

  • Identify target audiences, segment potential clients, and tailor acquisition strategies to different customer profiles.
  • Maintain a database of leads and convert them into loyal customers through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Research and analyze customer behaviors and trends to refine acquisition methods.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet company goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM systems).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to network and build lasting relationships.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the Nigerian auto repair market or prior experience in the automotive sector.
