About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Experience Officer. This is a Saturday-only position, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued patrons. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Customer Assistance:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our physical store on Saturdays.
    • Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide personalised recommendations.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
    • Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as tidying shelves, dusting, and ensuring the store is presentable for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory.
