  • Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing transactions accurately, and helping resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help customers succeed.
  • Basic understanding of transaction processing and related technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
