Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer at First Cardiology Consultants in Lagos.
- The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relations, providing customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support abilities
- NYSC discharged certificate
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
