Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide fast and friendly customer support daily.
- Confirm payments made by customers and input them into the computer platform.
- Collect payments from customers and issue receipts.
- Maintain speed and accuracy in billing and client payments.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Understand our services thoroughly to answer customer inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably to a female candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with upset customers.
- Experience working with customer service teams.
Location: Must live around Costain, Orile, Obalende, Apapa, or nearby areas. Proximity is an advantage.
