Job Description
- TMAsourcing is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representativeto join our team in the Food and Logistics Company.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and excellence.
- You will play a vital role in managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services, operations, and processes.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Process orders, handle shipping updates, and follow up on pending issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve services and customer experiences.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on customer service performance and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, processes, and updates to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of an OND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 4years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Minimum of 2ndclass lower
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or logistics operations is an added advantage.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7am to 3pm shift And 2pm to 9pm shift
