Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Update of different cake products on the social media platforms
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Assist customers in their order delivery process.
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks.
- Respond to customers enquiries via all social media channels
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business or related fields with 2 -3 years in the cake industry.
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
