Requirements
- Follow up the progress of survey and design according to the arrangement of the design manager；
- Review the quality of design documents and AS BUILD documents, and guide subcontractors to complete the output of documents when necessary;
- Guide construction changes and complete plan modifications；
- Directly participate in site survey and design tasks when necessary
