Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilitieas
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients. o Manage the company's online presence, ensuring that all content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Oversee the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and engage with followers.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO tools.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide support for promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
Salary & Compensation
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
