Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, and prospects and sell the company’s products on all designated digital marketing channels.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new leads, nurture existing leads, and convert them into customers through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional offers to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively following up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and handling of returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Leverage customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
- Receive details of invoiced orders, and ensure customers receive their orders by liaising with the logistics company.
- Notifying the sales team of OOS-related customer complaints.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
Qualification
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Must possess at least 2 years cumulative experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent Selling, Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Experience in recordkeeping and managing sales documents.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proximity to Ilupeju is a must
