Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and agency media relationships, including planning, buying, influencers, and

  • Analyze campaign and media performance, generating actionable insights to optimize
  • strategies.
  • Stay informed about digital and media trends to ensure the agency delivers cutting-edge
  • solutions.
  • Guide team members in producing high-quality and engaging digital media outputs.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and media management roles.
  • Personality: INTJ (Architect) - Analytical, strategic, and results-driven.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, media planning, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying, PR, and maintaining media relationships.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and digital media platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring creative and
  • media teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to align media strategies with client goals.
