Executive Assistant


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
