Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cocktail Creation: Design and create a diverse menu of signature cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages that align with the company’s brand and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience at the bar.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and mentor junior bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all beverages are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Events and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional events and special offers to attract and retain customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on beverage sales, providing insights and recommendations to management for improving the bar’s performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a mixologist in a high-end bar or restaurant setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and flavor profiles.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to train and supervise junior staff.
  • Resident of the Lekki-Ajah-Ikoyi axis.
  • Relevant certifications in mixology or bartending are a plus.


Location: Lekki-Ajah-Ikoyi Axis, Lagos, Nigeria

Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
