Job Title: Experienced Solicitor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced solicitor to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.
- The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in advising clients on a range of legal matters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory Services:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of matters, including corporate law, commercial law, property law, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
Transactional Work:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and effective communication.
- Ensure that clients are informed and involved throughout the legal process.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to achieve common goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers and support staff.
Business Development:
- Contribute to the growth and development of the law firm, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable university.
- Qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as a solicitor, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in advising clients on a range of legal matters, including corporate law, commercial law, property law, and dispute resolution.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
