Job Summary:

The F&B Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. They will collaborate with the F&B Manager to manage staff, optimize processes, and maintain profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and train F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate on menu planning and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency with The Art Hotel’s standards.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in maintaining budgetary controls and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Support the F&B Manager in strategic planning and achieving departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and health regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
