- We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor/Foreman that will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process in a manufacturing or construction setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Fabrication Team: Lead a team of fabricators, welders, and other support staff to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Plan and Coordinate Production: Review production schedules, plans, and specifications to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure fabricated products meet quality and safety standards.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Material Management: Oversee inventory management, material procurement, and storage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and repair of fabrication equipment and tools.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Skills
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or Welding).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
