We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions, manage all defaults and repair works.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of client's building
- Schedule routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Respond to all maintenance requests and correspondence
- Manage all company's facilities
- Communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of core experience as a Facility Manager, or a related field.
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Building or Facility Manager or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A professional certification is an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
Salary Scale
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
